My sincere thanks to the National, not only for the appointment, but for producing such an outstanding event. Such a good layout. I was so pleased to have some outstanding puppies in both sexes. All of which should have a brilliant future.
MPD 1 Hayward's Foxearth Fly Forward. Sable young man, just over 6 months and getting confident in presentation very good, not only for type, but so well constructed, he stood all square, attentive, showing a smart head piece, excellent profile, and good bone, excellent shoulders, elbows well tucked in. Top and underline correct for his age. Smooth on the move and so sound, produced an even side gait, and running true back and away, very promising. 2 Holloway's Coneypark Coldplay. Eight and a half year old b/t, not as well balanced as one, but still has a lot going for it. I feel he has to settle down as growth can almost always be intermittent. Excellent ears, so active. Neck to top line ok. Angles need to firm up. Needs another gear on the move, even so very sound. Will watch him with interest.
PD 1 Moores' Manordeifi Bow Regard. 10 months old, sable, a robust individual and handled to perfection by his handler, especially on the move, the right pace was achieved with little effort, kind hands of course. Very masculine exhibit, strong headpiece, so well put together, eye, ears, so good for type. Neck of good length, high wither and, of course, excellent topline into a well angled croup. Tail set good. Ok for bone. All angles good. Did so well in the challenge. Well done. Res DCC.
LD 1 Czyzak's Cuba Libre Smooth Drinks (Imp). 6 year old sable, top size male and well presented, I did feel motivation does need to be improved, as he seemed to loose interest at times. To good to be left alone. Smart very strong head. Good eye shape and colour, well used ears, which can be a  give away. Ok in topline, well set tail. Good angles both fore and aft. Very roomy chest proportions. Very good coat, including colour. Sound all around. Well done.
OD 1 Gay's Yagane's Blue Mist. 4 year old merle, strong well constructed head, so masculine, eyes, ears, and neck all correct. Held a very good topline on the move, but lost it a little in presentation. Even so I found him so good for type, and again handled with care. Excellent forehand, shoulders to upper arm so good. Tidy feet. Moderate turn of stifle into strong well boned hocks. Used his solid well muscled confirmation to good use on the move. Very sound and smooth. Reach and drive so good. DCC. 2 Cole's Ch Sturtmoor Dream Of Kasvelyn. Two and a half year old sable, and so much to like about him, but today he did not do the business, unsettled, and not as confident as I've seen him in the past. I really did think this was my best dog when he entered the ring. So good for type, a rich sable colour. Classic headpiece, so good in profile, need I say more. Sort him out, I'm sure I'll see him again. 3 Leach's Manordeifi Dionysus At Hilltarn. PB 1 Flower's Breckamore Butterfingers. 10 month tri, another promising puppy, gave me so much pleasure going over her. Feminine to a tee, there's only one way for her to go and that is up. Superb for type, has a confidence beyond her age. Correct eye shape and of good colour. Ears set well used to best effect. Head planes couldn't be any better. Enough neck to please, firmest of toplines. Well set tail kept under control at all times. She was firm all through with fore and  all angles near perfect. Side gait good, away and back correct. Loved her. BPB. BPIB.
JB 1 Flower's Breckamore Butterfingers.
LB 1 Hartley's Foxearth Finnish Spirit At Jim Jack ShCM. 2 year old Tri. Standing all square, and so feminine in all areas, excellent temperament. Loved her expression, confident, and yet very soft. Her eyes told it all, dark and so well set. I found her a delight to go over, high wither, level topline, nice angle to croup, well set tail. Not a lot to say about chest proportions as I found most today had both depth and the correct width. Nice angle to fore hand. Moderately wide thigh, well muscled into the bargain. Strong hocks. Another so athletic on the move. Ultra sound. RBCC.
OB 1 Hayward's Ch Clingstone's Hot Shot At Foxearth (Imp). 6 year old Tri girl, who is at the top of her game, apart from outstanding breed type, which is superb, she moves like a well oiled machine. So feminine in head, eye soft, excellent colour, moderate stop, well placed active ears. Her reach of neck into a high wither and level top line just couldn't be any better. Correct tail set under control at all times. Both fore and aft assembly were so good and produced that eye catching gait admired by so many. Very sound,  coming and going. Handled with care and precision.  Delightful. BCC, BOB, 3rd in Group. Well done. 2 Gay's Yagane's Lavender Mist. 4  year old of good type, a merle who really looked the part, maybe a tad long in topline, so well presented. She gave a fine display on the move showing off her well constructed front and rear assembly. So sound in all directions. Very nice. 3 Roden's Ch Fortune Cookie From Breckamore.
VB 1 Benton's Alopex Marionette Of Oakestelle. 8 year old merle, and not surprising to see her in absolutely tip top condition. My word this breed does age so well. Smart headpiece especially her ears which she used so well. Very dark well shaped eyes. Not to heavy in bone, as this is a light weight breed, and most remain flexible at all times. All angles good. Very tidy feet. Coasted around the ring in a very athletic manner. Well done. BV.
