Thank you for acceptance of my judging instead of Mrs Wigglesworth whom we hope is in improved health. Some absentees were due to Mrs Hayward being taken into hospital & we hope she is also improving.
PD (2) 1 Giddings’ Legend Of Camelot’s Confusion at Ryecombe, well grown lad with good masculine head. Nice forehand & feet. Body coming on well with strong loin. Good rear. Nice jacket texture. Gave good easy, sound action but tail carried a little high; 2 Benton’s Oakestelle Sebastian Bach, still very much a baby & at his first show. Pleasing overall proportions. Good quarters. Body pleasing. Now needs time to settle to the show ring & display his action. JD (1) A. PGD (2) 1 Kennedy’s Ryecombe Deb’n Air, stood alone. Well proportioned with nice head, dark eye & pigment. Good forehand, body nicely developed. Strong rear. Easy mover. Now needs to firm up on elbow action. LD (4,2a) 1 Giddings’ Ryecombe Discovered Gold, nice size & well constructed. Good on head & expression. Good forehand, ribbing & firm loin. Sound hindquarters. Good jacket. Easy & sound mover; 2 Trundley’s Juniperwood King Of Kings, nice head proportions, good body & quarters. Moved with ease but not as collected as 1. OD (5,a) 1 Hutchings’ Collidach Molloney Ta Tu You, of pleasing size & construction. Good head, eye & expression. Nice neck & forehand. Well ribbed. Good loin. Very sound rear. Nice jacket texture. Gave easy & sound action. RCC. VD (1) 1 Griffiths’ Alopex Matt Finnish, took the eye for his type & balance & a pleasure to examine. Pleasing proportions overall. Nice head, good neck & very well placed shoulders. Firm body with strong loin. Very sound hindquarters. Good jacket. Moved so easily & well & with lovely tail carriage. CC.
PB (6,4) 1 Norman’s Seanua Serendipity, lovely for type & balance & such good construction. Pleasing head, lovely eye & expression. Good forehand & feet. Nice body & topline. Very sound rear. Nice jacket. Gave easy & true action in all directions. BP; 2 Kemp’s Breckamore Black Caviar, pleased overall for balance & construction. Good head proportions. Nice quarters. Body well on the way. Sound & easy mover. JB (4,2) 1 Sweeney’s Foxearth Fine Beauty, b/m with pleasing head, eye & expression. Good forehand & feet. Nice body & topline. Very sound rear. Good jacket texture. Sound & easy mover. PGB (8,3) 1 Roden’s Fortune Cookie from Breckamore, pleasing head, eye & expression & good muzzle. Well placed forehand, nice body proportions. Very sound hindquarters. Moved soundly with such tireless ease. CC; 2 Campbell’s Ryecombe Dolly Mixture, very similar to winner in most respects that I was surprised to find they were not related. Type, balance, construction & soundness all as one seeks. Very pleasing overall; 3 Kinsey’s Ryecombe Jovial Jasmine. LB (6,4) 1 Lusty’s Juniperwood Just A Dream, well balanced & sound. Pleasing head proportions & very expressive ears. Good forehand & nice body development. Sound rear. Good easy action; 2 Trundley’s Juniperwood Jubilation, well proportioned with nice head & expression, pleasing forehand, body & topline. Pleasing hindquarters. Easy sound mover. OB (6,2) 1 Neff’s Hightri Until, headed a pleasing class & stood out for her type & balance. Lovely head & eye. Good forehand & feet. Nice firm body & topline. Very sound rear. Good jacket. True mover in all directions. RCC; 2 Hartley’s Foxearth Silver Dream at Jimjack, close up to 1. Pleased in head, eye & expression. Good quarters & body. Lovely sound rear. Lovely easy sound action. Fraction slacker on front feet than 1 which gave decision on placings; 3 Hutchings’ Collidach Molloney Fay Mouse. VB (4,2) 1 Griffiths’ Ch Alopex Out Of The Blue, lovely balance & ultra sound. Good on head & expression, nice neck & forehand. Firm back & good loin. Super rear. True mover in all directions; 2 Burgess’ Lilymead Appanachi, another in pleasing condition overall. Keen expression. Nice quarters. Well formed body. Gave sound & easy action.
