PD (7,2a) 1 Robinson’s Dawcher Dawn’s Ray Of Light, balanced 7 months s/w, well up to size, nice head & expression, ears well carried, good underjaw & tight lips, excellent topline, good coat & colour, quite the best mover in the class & schooled to show it off; 2 Howe’s Dawcher Dawn’s Sunrise, litter brother to 1 & better for size, good colour, nice head with responsive ears, good underjaw, good shape & conformation. Just not moving quite so collectedly as littermate; 3 Evans’ Southcombe Storm Force. JD (3,2) 1 Moores’ Manordeifi Shadow Chaser, nice black tri, balanced & well proportioned & in excellent coat, good bone, neat feet, moved very well once settled, nice head & lovely expression. Ears could be a tad tighter. Excellent shape & well tipped, lovely eye & right amount of underjaw to complete. RCC. PGD (5) 1 Hutching’s Collidach Molloney Ta Tu You, tri of good size & lovely condition, good head, nice eye & expression, using ears well, good stop, well moulded muzzle & very attentive to handler; 2 Williams’ Foxearth Forward Thinking for Maclelland, good balance won him his place here, good jacket & colour, well off for bone, moved OK, holding topline. Neat feet, but tail could be better & ears a little tighter; 3 Woodstock’s Shulune Imperial Warrior at Hylaird. LD (2) 1 Trundley’s Juniperwood King Of Kings, good for size, showing really well, lovely balance with good bone, well developed chest & good angulation, neat feet, moved well once he got going, in gleaming condition; 2 Woodstock’s Shulune Imperial Guard at Hylaird, slightly larger, lovely colour & particularly good markings, good bone. Head slightly wider in backskull & needs more underjaw. Moved well. OD (1) 1 Hayward’s Ch Sandcastle’s True Topic, lovely shape, balance, condition & temperament, excellent bone, neat feet, well carried tail & topline, moved quite effortlessly by his runner, when you have the pleasure of going over this dog you realize just why he has reached such heights. CC, BOB & G3.
PB (3) 1 Sewell’s Foxearth Dressed To Frill, tri, well balanced for age with good topline, stood beautifully, straight in front with forechest developing nicely, long, elegant neck, topped by sweetest head, lovely melting expression, excellent outgoing temperament I like to see at this age, good topline & super tail length, great promise. BP; 2 McKenna & Bardill’s Plaisance Betty La Belle, lovely, well marked s/w, good head, ears & expression, nicely balanced & well angulated, more relaxed in next class I felt; 3 Foreman’s Cownbred Frosted Rose. JB (4,1) 1 P Betty La Belle; 2 Baker’s Manordeifi Satin ‘N’ Lace at Tomalca, nice tri in lovely condition, well balanced, good topline, good angulation, moved well when settled, pleasing head, used ears when asked, good bone & neat feet; 3 Woodstock’s Shulune Imperial Summer at Hylaird. PGB (2) 1 French & Hayward’s Foxearth Sticky Fingers, s/w. Needs to regain confidence, but very much the type I was looking for. Super balance, excellent angulation, length to height ratio just right, level topline, good jacket & legs with neat feet, did just enough on the move, with such quality, must surely settle down & fulfill our high expectations of her; 2 Giddings’ All That Jazz at Rycombe, tri of good shape & size, lovely condition, very attentive, good head & ears, nice topline, went well. Tail could be better. Lovely, extrovert girl. LB (4) 1 Neff’s Hightri Until, well balanced nicely marked b/m, good head, ears & expression, bone just right, neat feet, well angulated with well developed forechest, held topline on move, well presented; 2 Moores’ Manordeifi Silvadora, b/m, little larger & with slightly heavier ears, excellent angulation, good bone & neat feet, held topline & moved effortlessly, looking as though could sustain a day’s work with ease; 3 Hartley’s Foxearth Silver Dream at Jimjack. OB (6,2) 1 Robinson’s Ch Dawcher Dream Searcher, 5½ years, well balanced tri, excellent length to height, in good jacket & condition, nice head & expression, good eye & well placed ears, good angulation & topline, moved really well & in unison with handler. CC; 2 Norman & Ratcliffe’s Ch Foxearth Fashioned In Black, younger bitch. Less well developed & chest needs to drop. Stood & showed really well, nice head & expression, very attentive. Front movement needs to tighten, but will improve as she matures. RCC; 3 Hayward’s Sandcastle’s All Dressed Up.
