PD (3.0) 1 Wallis’s Freejack First Knight at Norfield, balanced, well grown tri, typical head proportions, dark eye, strong arched neck, deep chest and well sprung ribs, moved with purpose. 2 Moores’ Manordeifi Storm Breaker, lovely head, ears, eye and expression, lots of quality, preferred overall balance and hard condition of winner today, has quite a bit to do but has the potential to finish well. 3 Leach’s Hilltarn Chitinn. JD (2.0) 1 F. First Knight at Norfield. 2 M Stormbreaker. PGD (4.1) 1 Fort’s Shulune Lord Haldir, balanced outline, well put together and moved accordingly, in best coat and condition, co-operated perfectly with his handler. 2 Wallis’ Northfield White Knight, good headed yearling, typical well proportioned outline, preferred front and feet of winner otherwise close up. 3 Sewell’s Foxearth Flintoff for Lewarne. LD (3.0) 1 Forbes’ Pelghart Paint it Black at Willowhurst, typical outline and balance, nicely proportioned head, ears correctly set and carried, pleasing eye and expression, good neck and shoulders, purposeful movement with a lengthy stride. 2 Hayward’s Foxearth Londer at Lladro, well sprung ribs, deep chest, firm level topline with desired rise over strong loins, nicely angulated rear, careless in front, made the most of himself. 3 Moores’ Manordeifi Solar Eclipse. OD (7.2) 1 Lister’s Erindor I’m Blue at Newarp (Imp Aus), 2 year, old beautifully coated and coloured b/m, head of good pattern, correct well used ears, pleasing expression, well ribbed up, deep chest, good loins, strong hindquarters producing plenty of drive, made the most of himself at all times. CC, I understand his third. RBOB. 2 Howe’s CH Rowvale Rainbow Warrior, looking nothing like his 10 years, typical outlook, nicely combines substance and quality, conformation and movement rarely seen in Rough or Smooths, pleased to award him RCC. 3 Tuck’s Dark Motif from Misstoff. PB (4.1) 1 Hayward’s Londer Frizante at Foxearth, nice size, balanced, feminine, good coloured B/M, of pleasing type and quality, if maturity is kind, should do well. BP. 2 Naylor’s Freejack Sweet Magic, sister of PD with lots to admire, progressing well for age, another good prospect. 3 Moore’s Monordeifi Silvadora. JB (3.0) 1 F. Sweet Magic. 2 Moore’s Monordeifi Silvadora, quality puppy, pleasing head detail, good to go over, needs time and experience to settle in movement and put herself across to best advantage, she also shows much promise. 3 Turner’s Cownbred Follies Bergere to Bothways. PGB (4.1) 1 Griffiths’ Alopex Out of the Blue RCC feminine, yearling B/M of pleasing size, type and quality, nicely angulated front and rear, carried herself well when moving, in good condition, well handled to maximise her virtues. 2 Burgess’ Lilymead Appanchi, Tri of typical outlook, has substance without coarseness, ribs and body handle well, good legs and feet, alert and willing showgirl. 3 French’s Lilymead Anazing Grace. LB (4.2) 1 Moores’ Manordeifi Silver Dawn JW, liked her as a puppy, now rising 5 years old, rather heavy in condition today which detracted from her overall balance. However, at the final asking she moved in a collected and purposeful manner which earned her place, 2 Witheld. OB (8.4) 1 Sewells’ Foxearth Farris via Lewarn, superbly conditioned, spotlessly presented nicely mature 4 years old Tri. of full measure. Impressive outline and balance, dignified bearing, lovely head, eye and expression, correctly set and carried ears, well set arched neck, good legs and feet, movement didn’t let her down. A little unsettled when first examined but never flinched when approached and handled several times during the class. I was satisfied to award her CC and BOB making her a champion on the day. RBIS. 2 Fort’s Shulune Lady of Lorien, well proportioned 19 months old s/w, pleasing head, ears and expression, in best coat and condition, well bodied for age, her immaturity was very apparent against the above but her winning ways should continue as she heads towards maturity, rather unsettled when moving in the challenge. 3 Hayward’s Foxearth Fire of Love at Lilymead.
