JD (3,2) 1 Fort’s Shulune Lord Haldir. Very promising s/w of good size and substance. Excellent construction, very sound on the move. Clean head, with correct shaped and placed dark eye. His back skull needs to lift, but he has time on his side.

PGD (2) 1 Hayward’s Foxearth Frenchy. Super colour bm with an outstanding head. It is so clean, with a correct "slight but perceptible" stop, and not a trace of depth in back skull. Top that off with a strong under-jaw, well-filled muzzle, correctly placed and shaped dark eyes – and you have a head that is so rare to find in the "sister" breed of rough collies, and yet the standards are the same. Well constructed, with driving movement. I wish he was a touch bigger, and more lively in the ring, but a worthy Best Dog and BOB. 2 Hunter’s Toxteth Mediator. Mature tri with correct head and construction. Good dark eye, but reluctant to use his ears. Res Best Dog

JB (5, 1) 1 Fort’s Shulune Lady of Lorien. Very promising s/w. Super feminine size, yet excellent substance. Clean head, though eyes a little small. Super construction and very sound on the move. Tail set and carried rather high on the move, which spoiled her side gait for me, and lost her BOB. However, pleased to award her Best Bitch and Best Puppy. 2 Gibson’s Pelghartper Perhaps Perhaps. Feminine blue, elegant shape and balanced construction. Lovely clear colour. Correct head, but her eye is not her fortune. 3 Burgess’ Lilymead Appanchi.

PGB (1) 1 Hunter’s Toxteth Silver Star. 6 year bm who has seen it all before. Lovely colour and very glamorously marked. A clean head with no depth, though a little fine in foreface. Well-balanced construction, but quite fine-boned for her size. Sound on the move.

OB (2) 1 Gibson’s Pelghart Private Dancer. Tri b with a very pretty head – what a super flat back skull. Correct feminine size, elegant angulation. Her side gait was well-extended, but she was moving rather wide behind – a pity. Res Best Bitch 2 Hunter’s Toxteth Silver Star.
