Smart and sound mover. Best Puppy. 2 Griffith’s Alopex Going Equipped. Pleased overall, but still so raw. Good bone and very well constructed quarters. Good brisket and topline. Excellent rear. Well set tail. Good ground-covering action. 3 Curtis’ Snuggletooth Flurry’s Filly.

OD (3) 1 Hayward’s Fido Fax to Foxearth. B/Merle of balance and pleasing construction. Nice head and expression, well placed shoulder, good rib and topline Very sound rear. Moved so well with good tail carriage. Dog CC. 2 Evans’ Southcombe Scotch on the Rocks. Sable with lovely eye and excellent pigmentation. Good neck and shoulder. Nice feet, well ribbed with strong loin. Nice rear. Moved well. Lacked a little animation. Res CC. 3 Whittingham’s Southcombe Sterling.

PGB (2) 1 Gibson’s Pelghart Perchance to Dream. Nicely balanced. Good head, neck and forehand. Very firm topline. Strong, well muscled rear. Moved well with good tail carriage. 2 Speding’s Antoc Fascination. Pleased on head and expression. Good forehand construction. Very nice body with excellent rib. Super rear. Moved easily with good topline.

LB (4) 1 Griffiths’ Alopex Silverstone. So sound and well constructed. Good head, eye and expression. Nice neck with good shoulder. Excellent feet. Nice ribbing and brisket. Strong, well muscled rear. Good coat texture. Moved soundly and well. CC and Best of Breed. 2 Gibson’s Knipes Shades of Gold for Pelghart. Sweet expression and well used ears. Good neck and forehand. Can come up on feet a little more. Good body and topline. Very good rear. Moved easily and well. 3 Evans’ Southcombe Sunday Best.

OB (3) 1 Leach’s Hilltarn Hopeful. A credit to her owner at 8 and three-quarter years old. In such super body and most excellent muscular condition. Nice head and expression. Good neck and well placed shoulder. Nice feet. Strong quarters. Moved soundly and well with good tail carriage. Res CC. 2 Hayward’s Cownbred Hot N Spicy at Foxearth. Pleasing head proportions, good shoulder. Mature, well constructed hindquarters. Pleasing jacket texture. Easy action, but can come up on her front feet to advantage.
