'Stanhope Veto' does not appear in the KC registrations around this date, not does Mr Bell's Standhope affix seems to have been in use until later. 'Stanhope Veto' was recorded as being owned by Mr Bell, and then Mr Megson, as was Ch Veto.  It is therefore probable that both names were used for the same dog.
