Open Show:Thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge at your friendly well organised show and thank you so much for the lovely original gift. I enjoyed my day with you very much. SMOOTH COLLIE PD(2)1 French's Breckamore Blushing Groom. Mature, top size 11 month old sable & white dog. Good bone and dense coat. Well proportioned head with good up and tipped ears. Eyes were slightly rounder than I would like. He won this place on his sound movement coming and going. He is well handled and well trained. Best Puppy Dog & Res Best Dog 2 Benton and Wood's Oakestelle Vivaldi. 10 month old tri-coloured dog. A smaller, finer dog than 1st. Lovely dark well shaped eye and good up and tipped ears which were correctly placed. Correct bite. Rather unsettled on the move which made it difficult to assess soundness. JD (1) 1 French's Breckamore Blushing Groom. PGD (1) 1 Bell's Koczkodan Nosblyth. 2 year old tri-coloured dog. Good dark eye and correct bite. Well covered body and lovely long tail. Erratic movement.Vet D (1) 1 Griffiths' Alopex Matt Finish. Thank you for bringing this beautiful veteran dog. 7 years old and beautifully balanced. Well proportioned wedge shaped head, scissor bite and correctly shaped eye. Perfect ears. Well angulated front assembly with well laid shoulders and upper arm of good length. Slightly arched neck of good length and firm topline, good tailset and carriage. Excellent back end. Very sound coming and going and flowed round the ring. Best Veteran, Best Dog & BOB PB (2) 1 French's Breckamore Bang Tidy. 11 month old tri-coloured bitch. Very balanced with good bone. Good head with dark eyes and well placed ears. Sound coming and going, free moving with good tailset and carriage. Best Puppy Bitch & Best Puppy 2 Benton's Oakestelle Venus De Milo. Lovely feminine blue merle bitch. Finer in bone than 1st. Lovely length of neck and good topline. Erratic hind movement which may have benefited by calmer handling. JB (1) 1 Griffiths' Foxearth Furore. 17 month old blue merle bitch. Profile all in proportion and balance. Lovely head, very feminine expression, good bite and perfect ears. Excellent length of neck set into well laid shoulders and firm topline, well moulded croup and low tail set. Free flowing movement round the ring and excellent hind movement, slightly toeing in coming towards. A beautiful bitch with a bright future. Best Bitch & Res BOB OB (4,2) 1 Benton's Alopex Marionette Of Oakestelle. 5 year old blue merle bitch. Lively, alert bitch with a very feminine head. Correct scissor bite, well proportioned head with well placed eyes and excellent ears. Moved freely and with animated character. Res Best Bitch. 2 Russell and Wembley's Manordeifi Satin Doll At Koczkodan. 4 year old tri-coloured bitch. Perfect bite, not as feminine as 1st and not as well placed ears. Lovely croup and well set tail.
