V. (5). 1. Seldon’s, Ch. Merland Midnight Maurauder. Old favourite of mine and at 12 years old has not lost any of his quality. Lovely shape. Nice length of beck. Well angulated front and rear. Dark eyes set correctly giving super expression. Moved well just lacked condition in the day. 2. Saunt’s, Rowvale Moon Rocket of Brothwood. 3. Willis’s, Merland Mystery Man of Jarlana. P. (3). Difficult decision between these two puppies. 1. Forbes’s, Shulune Lord of the Ladros. 8 and a half months old s/w dog. Size ok for his age. Correct type. Needs to tighten in rear movement. 2. Hindes’, Chicnoir My Mate. J. (2). 1. Norman and Ratcliffe’s, Foxearth Blue Jeans Forever. Quality b/m dog of good colour. LIked his head and expression, correct stop and ear placement. Good bone and muscle, nice overall shape. Good angulation front and rear. Moved well. A very sound and upstanding dog. One to watch for the future. BD. PGD. (1). 1. Griffiths’s, Alopex Highland Fling. Smaller type tri. Lovely outline. Nice head with well set dark eyes and good ear carriage which gives a nice expression. Good angulation and movement. Time is on his side. LD. (2). 1. Hindes’s, Chicnoir Best Mate. S/w of very good size and substance. Nice length of back. Well set eyes giving nice expression. Good ears which he uses well. Head was just a bit deep through for me. Moved and showed well. 2. Hill’s, Devern Blue Horizon. OD. (4). 1. Griffiths’s, Alopex Going Equipped. Masculine b/m in good condition. Nice overall shape. Head handled well, well set ears but a bit reluctant to use them. Well balanced head, good angulation front and rear. Would prefer a sweeter eye but overall a very nice dog. Moved well. RBD. 2. Hindes Chicnoir QD. 3. Will’s, Merland Mystery Man of Jarlana. PGB. (4). 1. Clarke’s, Derbypark Starstruck. Feminine tri. Nice head and expression. Showed well. Moved ok. Needs to body up. 2. Leach’s, Hilltarn Dream Icon. LB. (4). 1. Seldon’s, Chicnoir Golden Charm at Merland. S/w with appealing outline. In good body and condition. Nice eye and expression. Well used ears. Showed and moved well. RBB. 2. Leach’s, Hilltarn Dream Icon. OB. (3). 1. Hindes’, Ch. Snuggletooth Flurrys Filly. Very feminine tri in lovely condition. Correct type smooth coat. Well balanced head, nice eye giving sweet expression. Neat ears, well used. Well angulated front and rear. Moved soundly, stood and showed well on a loose lead. Showed to advantage by her handler. BB and BOB. 2. Hill’s, Devern Blue Silhouette. 3. Forbes’s, Hilltarn Chance.
