I was surprised to find so many of this entry without
the required double coat. Beautiful as the ultra smooth, harsh coat is, it is
not correct to see skin when flicking through it.
PGD 1 Alopex Oysterman. 4yo tric. Pleasing head and sweet eyes, well
balanced with a good shape and very sound. Owner could make so much more of this
dog by getting more weight on him.
LD (5.1) 1 Devern Denman, quite eyecatching tric with a well finished
and balanced head, muzzle just a tad scooped before wp stop and flat skull. Has
an appealing expression from sweet, dark eyes and neat, well used ears.
Excellent topline and angles giving a well balanced picture overall, very harsh
coat of good colour with excellent overall condition, used himself very well. 2
Natalain Veni Vidi Vici At Willowhurst (LH) very pleasing and attentive 2yo s/w
with a well balanced head, good eyes and excellent ears. Excellent neck and
back, well made body, good angles and quality coat. Moved free. 3 Ryecombe
Discovered Gold.
Od (6.1) Foxearth Flock Master For Breckamore JW quality tri with
excellent outline and balance, body well filled and muscled with excellent bone
and substance all through, standing absolutely true. Very smooth and well filled
head, well placed stop, eyes and ears all together give a typical expression.
Superb neck, topline and rounded croup, lovely round bone, well angled and on
good feet. Moved out sound and free CC. 2 Foxearth Flintab, litter brother to 1,
different style taking longer to fill and finish. Good quality and well balanced
head, good eyes, very attentive to handler but heavier ears. Very good outline
and angles, excellent colour, coat and markings. A little more weight on him
would be an advantage. Flowing movement with a good stride RCC. 3 Easy Listening
At Seanua.
OD (1) Ch Eridor I'm Mr Blue At Newarp (imp) well known 8yo merle going
so well and seems more eager as he get older. In superb condition and moving
free and easy. Balanced head, well placed eyes and ears. Excellent topline and
good body in hard condition Best Veteran.
GCD 1 Ryecombe Discovered Gold s/w pleasing head, well filled and
smooth with good planes, good eyes and shows well, good body and rib, elbows
wide, nicely angulated.
MPB 1 Coneypark Caffe Latte For Jotars, s/w baby with lots to grow on.
Pretty head, sweet eyes and expression showing very well. Lovely outline with
good body and bone, excellent coat - one of the few with a proper undercoat,
quite confident and sound going round BP. PB. RPT.
JB (5.2) 1 Foxearth Fly Orchis. Very nice tri overall. Bit unsure of
her surroundings but coped well enough. Good size, lovely feminine head, dark
eyes and neat ears but reluctant to show. Moved well with an excellent stride,
lovely body lines won the class. 2 Foxearth Fine Beauty, sweet b/m who I'd like
a bit more of. Excellent colour and markings, well placed eyes and well used
ears, good body and angles, moved OK. 3 Foxearth Furore.
PGB (7.4) 1 Rycombe Jolly Jonquil At Coneypark, lovely sh.s/w Quality
head with good fill, well placed eyes and excellent ears. Super outline and in
excellent body and coat, well angled with good bone, moved and showed steady. 2
Foxearth Finger Print, another lovely b, just took some time to settle.
Excellent head qualities, dark eyes, good ears. Well developed body and good
limbs which took her round with ease. 3 Fortune Cookie From Breckamore.
LB (6) 1 Juniperwood Just A Dream, and I thought I was! Such a
beautiful and well balanced 2yo tri b who has it all. Beautiful head and
expression coming from dark, well set eyes and excellent ears, the head is
smooth with correct stop, clean cheeks and planes. Excellent topline with good
fill about the neck and well developed body, so well balanced throughout with
excellent angulation and substance under a very dense, harsh coat and all of it
beautifully feminine without a hint of slightness. Her movement on good legs and
feet was sound and true and without effort. CC and BOB. Well done on your first
CC, the ringside cheer made me think it was a third. Hope the other two won't be
long in coming, they are well deserved. Delighted to see her, too, shortlisted
in the strong group. 2 Kingrock Bathsheba At Coneypark, nicely made s/w
presenting a very good picture standing. Sweet head and expression from her
lovely eyes and ears. Excellent outline with good proportions, correct harsh
coat, good substance and bone. Moved out with ease. 3 Southcombe Stylistic.
OB (8.2) 1 Foxearth Dressed To Frill. RCC quality tric I've judged
before and delighted to see her again with more maturity on her. Lovely outline,
good body and substance all through. Sweet face, dark eyes and excellent ears.
Very attentive showgirl showing off a reachy neck, firm topline and balanced
angles, moved with purpose. Pressed hard and not much between, just preferred
the quite exquisite expression of Just A Dream. 2 All That Jazz At Ryecombe,
very similar and feminine in expression with dark eyes and neat ears though set
a bit wide. Good front, not quite the neck of 1, good topline and in excellent
coat and condition. Moved well. 3 Marionette Of Oakestelle.
GCB (2) 1 J. Just A Dream. 2 All That Jazz At Ryecombe.
